Flash Art Issue #350 - Image Arena

Published since 1967, Flash Art is dedicated to writing and thinking about contemporary art. 

The theme for this Spring 2025 issue is ‘Image Arena’, spotlighting artists whose practices revolve around photography and filmmaking, particularly with ‘a non-indexical approach to imagery’—Sophie Calle, Christine Sun Kim and Nat Faulkner.

Plus, a reprint of Lina Bertucci's 1997 interview with iconic photographer Shirin Neshat, Manga Ngcobo on the urbanity of Madrid, and Turner Prize winner Jasleen Kaur pens the latest ‘Letter from the City’ insert.
